Colorado Hot Honey is the true taste of Colorado. Our local honey is raw and unfiltered, harvested straight from our hives along the Front Range of Colorado, and infused with Mirasol Green Chilis from the storied chili fields of Pueblo, Colorado. Josh, our beekeeper, grew up in Colorado, weaned on Green Chili by his parents who met and lived in New Mexico. He wanted to combine is adoration for keeping bees and his culinary obsession with Green Chili: Colorado Hot Honey is the taste of Colorado he sought to create. We at Colorado Hot Honey are big fans of Pueblo green chilis, which have incredible flavor and a wonderful, slow burning ember-like heat... that's why we feature this distinct flavor in our one-of-a-kind honey!
